Cena nie zawiera opłaty klimatycznej w wysokości 2,80 PLN od osoby za dobę, która jest dodatkowo płatna na miejscu w Resorcie.

Uwaga: Resort Norweska Dolina rezerwuje sobie prawo do swobodnej zmiany cennika w zależności od obłożenia w danym okresie.

Zgodnie z art. 106b ust. 5 ustawy o VAT w przypadku, gdy będą Państwo chcieli otrzymać fakturą VAT  do zamówienia/rezerwacji należy o tym fakcie poinformować nas w trakcie dokonywania rezerwacji. Prosimy o podanie danych na jakie ma być wystawiona faktura wraz z podaniem numeru NIP. Tylko w przypadku umieszczenia przez nas numeru NIP na paragonie będą Państwo mogli otrzymać fakturę VAT. Brak podania numeru NIP w trakcie dokonywania rezerwacji uniemożliwi wystawienie faktury VAT  w późniejszym terminie.

Our guests can use the available Wellness zone every day during the opening hours of the complex, including: swimming pool measuring 12 x 4 m, depth up to 130 cm, 3 types of saunas: dry - infrared, Finnish, steam bath, jacuzzi, Kneipp path - foot massage, bucket Boatswain, a tub with cold water for cooling, an icefall - an ice well, a device that produces ice for cooling after leaving the sauna between different stages of cooling. Sensation showers – with attractive relaxation programmes. An observation deck overlooking the local landscape for people staying in the Wellness area with direct access from the pool. When planning a stay in our facility, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the surrounding bicycle routes. They run along the picturesque roads of the Karkonosze and Jizera Mountains (maps of bicycle routes are available at the reception. The Izera Railway - as the Jelenia Góra - Szklarska Poręba - Korenov railway connection is called, is a picturesque route that was re-launched in 2010 after over 65 years of disuse. This unusual railway line, built at the beginning of the last century, is one of the most interesting in Poland. Mysterious meanders, mountain cliffs, fauna and flora of the Jizera Mountains almost at your fingertips make the journey on the Jizera Railway itself an attraction. The connection is very popular on both sides of the border, especially on weekends, many tourists, but also residents of border towns, go on a trip by rail bus. Most of the 120 seats are full. In winter, you can admire the snow-covered landscapes and mountain peaks surrounding Szklarska Poręba from the windows of the train. From autumn to spring, this international connection is used by many classic skiers who can take the Izera Railway to the Cross-Country Ski Center in Jakuszyce. There, they have over 100 km of well-prepared routes at their disposal. It takes about 40 minutes to travel by train from Szklarska to Korenov one way. After reaching the railway station in Korenov, you can visit the Rag Railway Museum. There are, among others, photos from a hundred years ago documenting the construction of the railway in the Karkonosze Mountains. The museum also has a board with information in three languages: Polish, German and Czech about the attractions of Szklarska Poręba. After visiting the museum, you can go on a hiking tour in the Czech Giant Mountains. TICKETS: On the Szklarska Poręba Górna - Szklarska Poręba Jakuszyce section, tickets are sold on the general terms applicable in Przewozy Regionalne.

Warto wiedzieć

Due to the immediate vicinity of the nature reserve, the resort was designed in such a way that its minimalist and unobtrusive form discreetly blends in with its surroundings. As much as 1.5 hectares, which we put at our guests' disposal, is a green area - with over a hundred years old pines, birches and spruces. We took care of the garden blooming in the summer, planting more than 15 000 plant seedlings. The Outdoor Art Gardens is an exhibition of work that you won't find in this part of Poland.


Children policy

All children up to 2 years of age are charged 50 PLN per child, per night, on baby cribs.

When planning a stay at the Norwegian Valley Luxury Resort you have the option to bring your pet. Staying with your pet in the apartment costs 149 PLN per day.

Staying with a "Friend - pet" is offered as a welcome gift (for an additional fee):

There is a possibility to extend the stay in the hotel within the availability of apartments for an additional fee of 100 zł. Please ask at Reception if this is possible during your stay.

Suite cleaning policy: on special request, guests may request additional cleaning of the apartments during their stay for 150 PLN. for Classic and Premium apartments. Additional cleaning of the Grand and Penthouse suites is 200 zł. The price for each type of apartment also includes exchange of all bed linen.

Rules for apartment cleaning: in case the average price for the whole reservation in the resort is 2000 PLN. for each night, the resort guarantees daily cleaning (garbage removal, cleaning of the floor and dusting). Every 3rd night all the bed linen will be changed. 

The service of the above mentioned apartments takes place from 09.00 to 21.00, depending on availability.

Failure to use any of the services will not result in a refund.

The property charges a deposit in the form of a pre-authorization on a credit card or cash in the amount of 500 PLN for the whole stay and in case of renting bathrobes 200 PLN/ bathrobe, to be returned on the day of departure.

Check-in begins at 16:00 on the day of arrival.

Check-in ends at 10:00 on the day of departure.

We would like to inform you that in the restaurant Piąta Pora Roku, Klub Wikinga a service amount of 10% will be added to the bill. If you do not want to leave a tip to the waiters, bartenders and cooks serving you, please inform us about it before issuing the bill.
