We know how important active recreation is when planning a stay. Our guests can use the available Wellness Zone daily during the complex's opening hours, which includes: a 12 x 4m swimming pool, depth up to 130 cm, 3 types of saunas: dry – infrared, Finnish, steam bath, jacuzzi, Kneipp path – foot massage, Bosman's bucket, a tub with cold water for cooling down, icefall - ice well, a device producing ice for cooling down after exiting the sauna between different cooling stages. Sensation showers – with attractive relaxation programs. Those staying in the Wellness Zone can go directly from the pool to the terrace with a beautiful view of the mountain landscape.

Moreover, with our younger guests in mind, we have prepared on the resort grounds:
Outdoor playground, which can be used in favorable weather conditions, including among others swings, a teeter-totter swing shaped like a dragonfly, carousel
Bicycle rental on the resort premises (more information at the Reception).

When planning a stay at our facility, we encourage you to get acquainted with the nearby bike trails. They run along picturesque roads of the Karkonosze and Izery Mountains (bicycle trail maps are available at the Reception).

Izera Railway - the name for the railway connection Jelenia Góra - Szklarska Poręba - Korenov, is a scenic route that was reactivated in 2010 after over 65 years of disuse. This extraordinary railway line, built at the beginning of the last century, is one of the most interesting in Poland. Mysterious bends, mountain cliffs, the fauna and flora of the Izery Mountains almost within reach make traveling by iron Izera Railway an attraction. The connection is very popular on both sides of the border, especially on weekends many tourists but also residents of border towns take trips by railbus. Most of the 120 seats are filled. In winter, from the train windows, you can admire snow-covered landscapes and mountain peaks surrounding Szklarska Poręba. From autumn to spring, many classic skiers use this international connection, who can reach the Cross-Country Skiing Center in Jakuszyce by Izera Railway. There they have over 100 km of well-prepared trails at their disposal. The one-way train ride from Szklarska to Korenov takes about 40 minutes. Upon arriving at the train station in Korenov, you can visit the Rack Railway Museum. There are, among others, photos from a hundred years ago documenting the construction of railways in the Karkonosze. The museum also has a board with information about the attractions of Szklarska Poręba in three languages: Polish, German, and Czech. After visiting the museum, you can go on a hiking trip in the Czech Karkonosze.

On the Szklarska Poręba Górna - Szklarska Poręba Jakuszyce section, tickets are sold according to general rules applicable in Regional Transport.
Travel to Harrachov is based on single tickets issued to the Jakuszyce State Border point.

  *If the arrival with a pet is not reported, a fee applies in accordance with the Regulations.

Wearing HB stay wristbands (including breakfast and dinner) is mandatory during the stay. Without wristbands, the services included in the stay will not be provided!

Please note that vehicles with gas installations (LPG), electric vehicles, and vehicles exceeding the category of passenger cars are prohibited from entering the underground garage. Owners of such vehicles are kindly requested to use only the external parking on the resort premises, according to the parking fees. We remind you that violating this prohibition may result in penalties in accordance with the Regulations and towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.

The accommodation day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to apartment availability; please ask the Reception for details.

Upon special request, the guest can order additional cleaning along with a full change of bed linen according to the price list. Service for the aforementioned apartments is available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM subject to availability.

Non-use of any service does not entitle to a refund.

In case of renting bathrobes, the facility requires a deposit by pre-authorization on a credit card or a cash deposit refundable on the day of departure.

If you are arriving with infants or a child under 3 years old, we will gladly provide a cot in the apartment according to the price list.

We wish to inform you that a 10% service charge will be added to the bill at the "Piąta Pora Roku" Restaurant and Wiking Club. If you do not wish to leave a tip for the waiters, bartenders, and chefs serving you, please inform us before the bill is issued.
