THE PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES:
- Overnight stay in comfortable and spacious apartments (the size of our apartments ranges from 41 to 110 m²),
- Exquisite buffet-style breakfasts with beverages at the "Fifth Season" Restaurant, offering a widely varied menu. A special breakfast can be prepared for individuals with food intolerances if requested in advance in the reservation notes.
- Dinner at the "Fifth Season" Restaurant is served as a rich and particularly diverse buffet (except on 24.12.2025 and 31.12.2025). A special menu is available for the youngest guests,

In addition, by booking directly through our site, the following attractions are offered free of charge:

One-time entry for 90 minutes from 10.00 to 16.00 or for 60 minutes from 16.00 to 22.00, prior reservation required)*,
Additionally, free access to the swimming pool and wellness area is offered only as far as possible and depending on availability, in accordance with the facility's current rules and regulations. In the case of planned renovation works, malfunctions, breakdowns, or events caused by force majeure, the facility reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without the possibility of compensation.

Note: In accordance with Article 106b, Paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, it is required that you inform us when making the reservation. Please provide the billing data along with the Tax Identification Number. Only if we place the Tax Identification Number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the Tax Identification Number during the reservation process will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date.

Christmas Eve Festive Dinner on 24 December 2026 at 4:00 PM in the Restauracja „Piąta Pora Roku” - only available upon reservation of this package.
The menu will be served partly directly at the table and partly as a buffet during the festive supper.

We would like to inform you that, for your comfort, in case of high occupancy, breakfast service in Restauracja „Piąta Pora Roku” will be divided into four shifts:
Shift I – 7:30 – 8:30
Shift II – 8:30 – 9:30

Shift IV – 10:30 – 11:30

We know how important active recreation is when planning a stay. Our guests can use the available Wellness area daily during the complex's opening hours, including: a pool measuring 12 x 4 m, depth up to 130 cm, 3 types of saunas: dry – infrared, Finnish, steam bath, jacuzzi, Kneipp path – foot massage, bosun's bucket, tub with cold water for cooling off, icefall - ice well, a device producing ice to cool down after leaving the sauna between different stages of cooling. Experience showers – with attractive relaxation programs.
Viewing terrace over the local landscape for those staying in the Wellness area with direct access from the pool.
Kolej Izerska - as the rail connection Jelenia Góra - Szklarska Poręba - Korenov is called, is a picturesque route that was restarted in 2010 after more than 65 years of disuse. This extraordinary railway line, built at the beginning of the last century, is one of the most interesting in Poland. Mysterious meanders, mountain cliffs, and the fauna and flora of the Izera Mountains almost within reach make the journey on the Kolej Izerska itself an attraction. The connection is very popular on both sides of the border; especially at weekends many tourists, as well as residents of the border towns, take a trip by railbus. Of 120 seats, most are filled. In winter one can admire snow-covered landscapes and the peaks of the mountains surrounding Szklarska Poręba from the train windows. From autumn to spring this international connection is used by many classic cross-country skiers, who can reach the Jakuszyce Cross-Country Skiing Center by the Kolej Izerska. There they have over 100 km of excellently prepared trails at their disposal. A one-way train journey from Szklarska to Korenov takes about 40 minutes. After arriving at the station in Korenov you can visit the Cog Railway Museum. There are, among other things, photographs from a hundred years ago documenting the construction of the railway in the Karkonosze. The museum also has a board with information in three languages: Polish, German and Czech about the attractions of Szklarska Poręba. After visiting the museum you can go for a walking trip in the Czech Karkonosze.

On the section Szklarska Poręba Górna - Szklarska Poręba Jakuszyce, tickets are sold according to the general rules applicable in Przewozy Regionalne.
Travel to Harrachov is carried out on the basis of single tickets issued to the Jakuszyce State Border point.

Warto wiedzieć
During your stay, wearing HB wristbands (half-board: breakfast and dinner) is required. If wristbands are not worn, services included in the stay will not be provided!
Please note that the underground garage is closed to vehicles with gas installations (LPG), electric vehicles and vehicles exceeding the passenger car category. We ask owners of these vehicles to use the outdoor parking on the resort grounds only, in accordance with the parking fees. We remind you that failure to comply with the ban may result in a penalty in accordance with the Regulations and in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.
The accommodation period begins at 16:00 on the day of arrival, and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to apartment availability; please ask Reception for details.
At the guest's special request, additional cleaning together with a full change of bed linen can be ordered according to the price list. Service for the aforementioned apartments is provided between 09:00 - 21:00 subject to availability.
Non-use of any service does not entitle you to a refund.
In case of renting bathrobes, the facility charges a deposit in the form of a pre-authorization on a credit card or as a cash deposit, which is returned on the day of departure.
If you are arriving with infants or a child up to 3 years old, we will gladly deliver a cot to the apartment according to the price list.
We would like to inform you that in the „Piąta Pora Roku” Restaurant and the Wiking Club a service charge of 10% will be added to the bill. If you do not wish to leave a tip for the waiters, bartenders and cooks serving you, please inform us before the bill is issued.
